Harmonic geared types have been added to our smallest PKP Series stepper motors with a frame size of 13 mm. High torque and fine motion are realized in a limited space.

With a frame size of 13mm and a mass of just 21g, it significantly contributes to the further miniaturisation and weight reduction of equipment such as robotic arm end effectors.

A rolled ball screw type has been added to the mounting adapter for linear actuators which are assembled to a stepper motor to achieve linear motion. Rolled ball screws are used for repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm.

The mounting adapter for linear actuator is now also available for the AZ Series with 28 mm and 42 mm frame size. For the 42 mm frame size the maximum permissible thrust is 100 N and the permissible speed is 180 mm/s.

New versions have been added to the DGII Series of rotary actuators. The actuators with a 60 mm frame size are now also available with a crossed roller bearing. This increases the maximum speed from 200 r/min to 333 r/min, and the permissible moments and axial loads are also higher. Furthermore, the frame sizes 60, 85 and 130 mm have been added as a version with horizontal motor mounting. Compared to the previous designs, this version allows for even more space savings.

The 2-/5-phase multi-axis driver of the CVD Series is a compact and lightweight driver for 4 axis control. It can be used with 2-phase and 5-phase stepper motors and electric actuators and has an EtherCAT interface.

The fully closed-loop control type driver can be combined with an external sensor to achieve submicron high precision positioning. It contributes to the construction of equipment and device designs that require higher-precision control.

The rotary actuator DGII Series is now available in combination with the servo motor of the AZX Series. The frame size is 200 mm, the max. speed is 1833 degree/s and the permissible load moment is 100 Nm. Drivers with interfaces for Profinet, EtherCAT or EtherNet/IP can be selected.
