for motors and drivers
EPLAN data for motors and drivers from Oriental Motor is now available on the EPLAN Data Portal. Use the data to reduce your project planning effort.
Rotary Encoder
with high resolution
The new incremental encoders from Oriental Motor are small, flat and lightweight. They have a high resolution (1000 P/R, 2000 P/R) and versions with voltage output and line driver output are available.
New Servo Motor
AZX Series
The AZX servo motors are equipped with an absolute sensor. They are suitable for positioning applications with a large amount of travel, since they achieve high torque in the high speed range. The basic operations are the same as the AZ Series, making combined use in equipment easy.

Programmed in the blink of an eye
New controller for self-built robots
Industrial robots are too big or too expensive for some applications. More and more companies would therefore like to construct their own solutions - if it weren't for the time-consuming programming. The new MRC01 robot controller opens up new possibilities here.
New shipping costs
for UPS shipments
Due to increased transport prices, shipping costs for UPS shipments will be adjusted from October.
Drivers in miniature format
for drives with AZ-motors
Extremely compact and lightweight drivers for AZ motors. Thanks to the possibility of voltage monitoring and current optimisation matched to the load, they are ideal for use in AGV, for example.

History
Oriental Motor's company history dates back to 1885, when Yasutaro Kuraishi laid the foundation with the production and distribution of electrical medical equipment. Shortly afterwards, the production of motors began. After the Second World War, the company was reincorporated as a joint stock company under the name "Toyo Dendoki" in 1950 and renamed "Oriental Motor" in 1953. Initially, the focus was on the development and production of asynchronous motors, but over time other product groups were added, such as brushless motors, stepper motors, servo motors, actuators and fans.
Today, the customer has a choice of over 50,000 high-quality products and more than 3,000 employees work for the company worldwide. In Europe, there are subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, France and Italy in addition to the European headquarters in Düsseldorf. Oriental Motor also cooperates with distributors in many European countries.
