Q.On AZ Series, why teaching, remote operation does not work when executed from the support software MEXE02?
The cause may be that the main power supply of the product is not turned on.
When teaching, remote operation is executed, connection to the host controller is not required, but the power supply of the target product must be connected. Check the main power supply connection.
